Maryjane is the calm in the storm and the spark that keeps projects alive. As a Project Manager, she is known for her relentless follow ups so much so that devs and designers often finish tasks quickly just to avoid her “where are we on this?” calls some say she’s too serious and not jokey enough.
She is deeply invested in seeing ideas move from concept to launch in the best way possible.
She is the team walking archive, documenting every product, project and meeting, while also preparing and assigning tasks to ensure the right work reaches the right hands. Beyond project management Maryjane also enjoys sneaking in knowledge from other tech skills or exploring tech as a whole to build stronger teams and stay up to date with industry trends.
For Maryjane clarity and structure are not just nice to have, they are what make big ideas actually happen.
